By now, you should have received some food!
So first, why food you might ask? Well, I would have invited you to the restaurant, but since we’re not together right now, I’m bringing the food to you.
Here is your Saint Valentin Menu:
Melba Toast OR Dinner Rolls with Cranberry Jam
(Was supposed to be Truffle Queso De Bola Cheese, but they ran out. I was very sad because it sounded way better than cranberry jam, but it is what it is...)
Really Meaty Plate
Homemade Beef Tapa and bacon Bagnet, served with Garlic Rice (because Asia) and two eggs.
It should provide you all the proteins you need to start your day in the best way!
Entrée: Gambas y Champinon al Ajillo
Should satisfy your taste buds and appetite.
Main Dish: Truffle Mushroom Linguine
A dish normally very appreciated by Queen Kate, and hopefully it will be satisfying for you as well.
Dessert: Mini Ube Custard OR Turtle Pie
You can decide whether to share the custard or keep it for yourself and just start on the Turtle Pie. Having two different desserts is better than the same one twice in the same day, right?
Entrée: Mango Royale Salad
A bit of sweetness as a start. I found it quite different, so why not?
Main Dish: Lengua Estofado
And if that turns out not to your liking, there’s an emergency replacement: Glazed Salmon Rice Bowl.
Dessert: Whatever’s left of the cake! (If Edgar didn’t eat it all yet…)
